How it works

The work after the deposit, done for you.

Most churches collect the deposit easily. The hard part is the months after: balances, reminders, and payments that arrive in five different ways. Wayfund takes that over.

Payment plans parents choose themselves

At signup, parents pick a plan that fits their budget. Wayfund charges each payment on schedule by card or bank debit, and updates the balance the moment money arrives.

Reminders that go out on their own

Families who are behind get a friendly text or email with a one-tap payment link. Families who are on track hear nothing. Your leaders never have to send "just checking in" messages again.

e-Transfers, cash and cheques, matched to the right child

Each family gets a short payment code. When an e-Transfer arrives with that code, Wayfund credits the right balance automatically. Leaders log cash and cheques from their phone in seconds. Anything unclear goes on a short review list for your finance team.

Grandparents, neighbours and friends can support a student's trip in a few taps. Gifts go to your church's mission fund and count toward each student's goal, so leaders see at a glance who needs help.

Built by people who already work with churches every week.

We're a family business in Ontario. Through our custom apparel work with churches, camps and Christian schools, we kept hearing the same thing: collecting payments eats hours that should go to ministry. Wayfund is our answer.
